Our Community
Fairway Villas II is located within Banyan Trace, a gated condominium complex in Cape Coral, Florida, next to the old Cape Coral Golf Club. Many resort-style amenities are on site, including a large pool, hot tubs, and a fitness center/clubhouse, as well as tennis/pickleball courts, a gazebo, and bocce ball courts. We are known for being a very active community.
Our building was constructed in 2003 with designs matching the existing buildings. Units are typically 2 bed/2 2-bath units with screened-in lanais and assigned covered parking.
In 2006, the Cape Coral Golf Club, adjacent to Banyan Trace, was closed. In August of 2024, the City of Cape Coral acquired the full 175-acre property for redevelopment into a regional park. Use the button below to access publicly accessible Community Documents & Notices.
